Is there a a Motif 2.2 pdf out there somewhere. I have located one for 2.1 and it has been quite helpful when programming (nice for references, examples, etc...). I would like to be able to read up on some of the new Motif functionality that is available in 2.2 and (if available) also have it for the references and examples, etc...
