I want to use the ESC Key to close destroy dialogs and also as an option on a Pulldown Menu (as a accelerator key) so that when the user presses ESC it invokes the Exit logic. How do I do this?

It may be better to let the user continue to use ESC as expected. It is already the Cancel key.
For dismissal, the Close and Exit functions are already associated with standard key combinations.
