I`m able to do drag & drop of a pixmap.But i`ve a problem in displaying the drag icon as the pixmap of depth 1 which is required for creating drag icon.
Pls let me know any other properties to be set to display the pixmap as the drag icon...

The default depth is 1, but you can change it when you set another pixmap.
