Help on menu accelerator in Linux

When I turn on the Caps Lock, the menu accelarator doesn't work at all. If the Caps Lock is off, the menu accelarator is working properly. I only have this problem in my Linux box.
When I run it on the HP box, I don't have the above problem. Please help me. Your help/feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Help on menu accelerator in Linux

It is a bug/misfeature in Motif.
Look into nedit's source http//www.nedit.org
in util/misc.c for a workaround.
