DON'T SUGGEST XMCD. IT IS A *CD* PLAYER, NOT A _MEDIA_ PLAYER.
gMPlayer can be built with so-called graphical front-ends. Is it possible to have an XmMPlayer front-end? Has anyone done this? If not, *can* it be done?

Mplayer comes with a slave-mode in which it does read commands
from stdin an writes info to stdout.. This is pretty easy to do. The
only hard task (to me) is to put the output window into a motif frame.
