Not directly, but you will

Not directly, but you will need a fairly modern X11 (w/ Xft, fontconfig2) to install OpenMotif 2.3.x.

I don't think you are

I don't think you are allowed by the license to install OpenMotif 2.3 (ore any version of OpenMotif) on a HP running Unix. You are limited to OSF Motif2.1
