How can i manage minimize, maximize, restore, close buttons on the window`s top right, or hide them?

You cannot manage them as they are Window manager dependent. However you can hide them by using

XtSetArg(args[n], XmNmwmDecorations, 0 ); n++;

and passing the args to the XmCreateFormDialog.
