ICS Acquires UIM/X® GUI Builder Product Line

Provides Long-Term Support and Path to Linux for Thousands of UIM/X Customers

Bedford, Mass. – April 14, 2005 — Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS), the leading supplier of visual development tools, training, and custom design services for UNIX, Linux, and cross-platform professionals, announced today the acquisition of the UIM/X product line from Bluestone Consulting, Inc, of Moorestown, NJ. ICS will provide on-going technical support, product upgrades, and new licenses to the thousands of UIM/X users worldwide. Additionally, ICS plans to migrate the products to the Linux platform.

UIM/X is one of the leading tools used by Motif developers in the aerospace , financial services, transportation, consumer services and health sectors. The acquisition provides UIM/X customers with high quality support continuity, and access to an expanded set of ICS' Motif development and testing products. ICS plans to respond to UIM/X customers' requests to have a product solution for the Linux platform. All of UIM/X's technical support staff will be retained.
