I have a option menu, which I build through the code. After I unmanage the option menu using XtUnmanageChildren, a small box appears on the screen. I have to click on the screen to remove that small widget or whatever it is. Is there anyway by which I can prevent that from coming.

Junk when unmanaging option menus
Which widget are you unmanaging -- the pulldown pane, the shell around it, or the XmRowColumn which is the XmOptionMenu in disguise? I hope only the last one.
